What Must I Do To Be Saved?

FROM: 2/23/03 Radio Program

Question:

How can you know when you have been saved?

Answer:

One can know when one is saved, not through emotional feelings, or wishes, but through the word of God. When one submits to the Lord's plan for salvation, that person is saved, and can know it. They do not know it because they "felt" a certain way, but because God said they are saved.

To learn the Lord's plan for salvation, click here. We find that in every case of conversion in the book of Acts, those people just did what was required of them by the Lord for salvation (Ex: Acts 2:36-38, 41). When they did it, they were saved. You can do the same thing today, and know that you have been saved from your sins.
